Elements of Child Sexual Abuse

This mobile app is designed to provide social workers with the elements used to evaluate child sexual abuse in investigations. Many of these elements are often referred to as indicators of child sexual abuse. The content for this mobile app is part of the Child Maltreatment Identification curriculum available on the California Social Work Education Center's website. The content included in this material refers to general elements used to identify child sexual abuse and exploitation. Please note that each child and family is unique.
